Alright people, first of all, I apologize to all of you three or four dedicated you-fooders for the long intervals between posts. Believe me it’s been wearing on me not to come out with something fresh and scintillating (ok at least moderately interesting) every few days or at the very least every week. This is what happens when you have a job that you must attend to every day. I’m a sucker. Yeah, I’m back on the murder show. But it’s a good thing I know the antidote to working on a reality homicide show: frozen yogurt. That’s right y’all. I finally finished the first installment of the the fro-yo reviews. I know I’m probably at least a year behind the times as far as this newest fro-yo fad is concerned, but better late than never. And I’m sure there’s still plenty of folks newly initiated into the Pinkberry ranks who would appreciate the painstaking effort that goes into sampling the various fro-yo establishments. For all of you, I present a bit of culture (get it? yogurt has live culture – sheeeiiit look it up if you don’t believe me.

OK, so I just learned that nonAsian Siobhan’s friend’s brother (confused?) is married to the owner of Yogurt Haramony who happens to be Korean American. In other words, YH does in fact have Korean roots. And I quote (from Siobhan’s friend’s email): “it’s so korean in fact that the name harmony is an anglicization of the word for “grandmother” in korean…get it?”
Hmmm. Take that PK. What are your thoughts about Yogurt Harmony now?
Now that I’ve registered and changed my password in order to leave a comment on this awesome site, I’ve forgotten what I was going to comment on. Koreans . . . no. Harold and Kumar . . . no. Cinematography . . . maybe. Clarence has definitely taken it to another level. All that professional TV work has paid off. Congrats!
Now I remember what I was going to write. I clicked on a bunch of these ads. So should everyone else. CTing will be worth mad money!
I’d like to know about the atmosphere of the particular businesses as well. Are the seats comfortable? How is the lighting? What kind of music do they play and how loud do they play it? Is the establishment clean? Or to simplify, maybe give a few establishing / observational shots of your friends eating (or outside, maybe across the street, looking in – 3-5 seconds or so)…that would probably do it.
