Linda, the owner of this great restaurant sits at her desk where she oversees the action, talks to customers and settles the bills. She started the restaurant after retiring from teaching in Bombay and moving back to her home town. The influence for the dishes is the home cooking that she grew up with. As far as I’m concerned, she grew up in a good cooking home.
